sagacious.sg:
Pei Tong does not require ballot in phase 2C, historically, is it correct?
Yes. Even under P2C Supp also no ballot -
mummy of 3:
45 seats and 43 registered on 1st day. I think there are chances that history going to be re-written. Just like QiFa.sagacious.sg:

Yes. Even under P2C Supp also no ballot
Let's hope the number won't go as high. -
If you are staying within 2 km then you are probably safe. This may not be a bad development since more students will mean higher chances of churning good grades due to wider pool. Besides, these students are most likely those balloted out from P2C, who have tried to enrol into popular schools. Hence, the parents will probably be prepared to throw in extra enrichment lessons so that their children can transfer in future. If the school is able to retain students with top grades then it ll bode well for the school. This was what happened to Qifa when the PRC girl got excellent grades for PSLE, catapulting Qifa into the limelight overnight.
Anyone knows the breakdown for SC and PR so far? -

Hi hi, thanks for sharing. This seems like a good alternative after school. When did you start to enrol your DD into this program? How many students per class, and does it function like those childcare centres? Finally, how much per mth and is there subsidy? Many TIA!My daughter has been with this BASC call The Kidz Club at Lorong Kilat. The distance could be concern to some but I never look back since P1. Peitong do have school bus arrangement there.
They have very professional Teachers for each subject and the teachers are solely for coaching and teaching. They have caretakers to take care of their meals, discipline and so on. Is a workhard and playhard BASC. They have lots of holiday programmes during the June/Dec break. My dd is always looking forward for the programmes like Malaysia trip, stayover at Underwater world etc. They are also featured on Mediacorp OKTA last yr.

Hi Everyone,
My DD will be joining PT next year. We are very excited that our first born is starting P1. Was reading through the previous posts and very relieved to read many good feedback about the school. I just hope my DD will be happy and make more new friends along the way.
Cheers!! -

Hi MrsLazy
We are PR just moved to Singapore, and Pei Tong is the only school has vacancy for P1 2012. It is a very nice school so far, and my boy enjoy go to school everyday. -
Hi Everyone,
I'm new here. My DS will be in PTPS next year. It seems like we have less Kiasu parents in PTPS, compare to other schools with quite many pages in their forum. This is a good sign to me
, hopefully my DS won't be so stressful in PTPS and have happy time in primary school. -
Dear parents, can anyone share what to be expected on the P1 orientation? How long it will take? Are parents allowed to be into the school with the child? Is there any kind of test?
