I was in HCJC then.. Heard of many such cases happening at CJC then.. Never hear of any such case at HCJC though (HCJC culture is basically more traditional and its students more conservative, in my opinion)..

It is the boy's parents who lodged a complaint to the school and then a report was made to the police... Usually we don't \"boast\" such stuff to our parents ... I believe it is more of a confession from the boy's part.
