2012 P1 Registration Exercise for 2013 In-Take

Just finished registering at Qifa Primary...painless process, facilitated by parent volunteers there. We were registration #51 out of a total of 125 spaces available for 2C. Not a particularly big crowd there...ethnic Chinese and Indian...whole process took less than 30 minutes.
Q is 64 when I left. -
Still registering at Fairfield. As of now, the Q number given out is 39.
There should be balloting if all these parents are residing within 1km

i heard KH is accepting all applicants even outside 2km , whereas MBS is only accepting within 1km -

Rosyth only acceps applicants staying within 1km. 21 have applied when I left at 930am.

Likely to have ballot within 1km Singaporean.
Vacancy only 31.
