Heard from my friend that there are some restrictions in number of PV for popular schools.


Anyone can shed some light on this topic. Any such schools in Bukit Panjang?

only 44 vacancies left for Phase 2C which means ballot for <1km this year?

I just been to Zhenghua open day. The facilities seems better than West View. I miss the chance to visit the opend house of West View. I really don’t know which to choose now.

If you are indifferent between the two, choose the one that is nearer to your house and that you have a higher chance of getting your child in.

I agree with qms. Distance is an important factor. My DS only needs to walk 5 mins to reach school and I did not appreciate this until he started pri sch.

As for West View, I do know that the school will be undergoing some upgrading at the end of the yr and will be completed in 1-2 yrs. Lessons will not be affected. Zhenghua has undergone upgrading in the last few yrs already.

My DS is at WVPS. I am quite happy with the school so far.

One thing though, no matter Zhenghua or West View, there will not be any ballot for 2c.

You're welcome. I am very happy of my boy's progress in his sch as well. His teachers so far have been quite forthcoming about feedback and are very approachable.

U can put him/her on waiting list the moment you come out from the balloting exercise. Just ask at the General Office, and most likely its done there.
