I saw the last Indian couple that went in to register. I was so happy as I swing by to check the latest status and as I was getting into the car, saw the Indian couple parked in front of me and went to the registration. Ya C180, I’m so frustrated. Thought just nice 42 spaces for 42 applicants!!! What a let down!!!

You tell me!!! But that’s the loop holes in the Singapore education system. MOE should not allow changes when the phrases are over then it’s fairer to those at the later phrases.
