Then like that student participant of NDP will \"lugi\" - one day of school with classes and they not attend miss lessons. Homework how??? So they cannot rest and must go back school.......or they don't want to participate in NDP???

Kids would see it as a joy to be off, not penalized at all.
Participants already put in effort & time, why 'penalize' them by depriving them of a day of lessons? Kiasu parents would tell them go school as normal else lose out one day of lessons. :skeptical:
