there are many schools which are conducting balloting for SCs with over 1 more applicant, is it possible that if all the parents cooperate of those respective schools make a letter and appeal to the principals to accept that 1 student without any balloting, so that all the parents would be satisfied and be happy also for the kids being in their dream school.
Even if there are 2 more applicants let them go for balloting -

How long does the balloting exercise last? If balloting starts at 9 AM, what time will they complete it? Should I take a full day off for this or a half day off is okay?

I also not sure.. think have to depends on the vacancies ba.. I taking full day as I think in case nv get it can go and c other schools and look for student care.. which school u r looking at? -
How about measure by exact distance now eg 1.1km vs 1.05km and the 1.05km will get in. Then no need to ballot Liao… heee
