Is the cage shaken once in a while? Otherwise those at the sides may have lower chance of dropping out.

The P will invite the parents to put the balls in, to turn the cage, etc. You can request for the cage to be shaken if you find that there is this possibility.

Do make sure you go and do something to the balls, be it putting them in, turning the cage, etc. Wahahah . . . .who ah. . .the DH even kissed it!

        Scary,

No wonder I've been seeing visions of a globe-like devices lately ... wait ... I see two anxious faces, they're making a beeline to the balloting room ... they looked serious ... are they tempura and sagacious?

Balloting done ... they're coming out now ... oops ... it's turning foggy ... squinting my eyes now ... I see something ... there it is ... chicken wings ... muahaha!

My colleague told me that when one's no. is picked, it's empathy to maintain a respectful, quiet demeanor [as much as we want to jump on the chair to express our joy]. He once witnessed 2 remaining parents balloting for the last seat. When the no. was called, the 'losing' mummy lost composure and wailed on the spot. So stressful. *sweat*
        :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
alamak how come can only see chix wings? try harder leh see can see me n sagacious taking the blue form?.. πŸ˜‰

hmm..just curious, this time round only me n sagacious applying for PH? i guess there's more but prob silent readers.. πŸ˜„ anyway good luck to everyone who's balloting this tues! :xedfingers:

I recalled I was late for the balloting, as I missed the bus stop to alight on my way to the school (maybe too gan cheong), so no chance to touch or turn anything, but it's all God's will..

During my time, after every no. was picked, everyone clapped!

                Which part of the West?

When we were living in Cashew Road, the school bus arrived after 7pm. Pickup time is 11.30am
                Hi Jennifer,
The most extreme west ... Jurong West.
Any idea what is pickup time and arrived time?
If put in before school care, is it pick up by school bus?
                Thanks.

Do parents ever wonder why MOE needed to have a 1 week gap in between different phases, instead of 3 days? This is causing so much unnecessary stress for parents who are balloting. All the best to Tempura and myself for tomorrow's huge event. Going to be an interesting experience. πŸ™ πŸ™ πŸ™ πŸ™

It's more for the schools to ensure all applications are accounted for and vacancies left are correctly tabulated and MOE has the correct final tally. Having continuous and back to back registration will leave a crunch when crossing to the next phase of registration and will leave more rooms for error.

Though I understand the anxiety of all parents who registered for each phase, I think we gotta control and hold our emotions and always have an alternative should it doesn't work out what we had planned for. Our DS/DD always look upon us parents to guide them and we should not look just as lost as they are......Be strong :grphug:

All the best to the parents balloting for Phase 2C :xedfingers: esp to tempura & sagacious
