Yah saw the rumour too.... He is the same age as my grandpa and I just visited grandpa at the hospital over the weekends. Grandpa really look old and frail now.... LKY has indeed aged alot (physcially) though his mind appears to be still very clear.

I sincerely hope he is well. Singapore still needs him.
He has aged especially after his missus left.

Fil just came to tell us about it and I was like.... heard it many days ago.... dunno true or not...

I personally feel that if it has happened, it is a fact, just announced it. Nothing to hide though we will be sad with national day round the corner and also the 2 bronze medal from olympics.

For rocking share market....I just feel that they have good succession planning in place and it has been many years. Stability should be there.

Dis rumour is not new - it always seems to start circulating ard dis time of year near NDP n his BD.
Dis time, however d rumour is not fr a single source n appears strong.
Be patient, look out for him on NDP.
Whether u love or dislike him, his absence will cast a pall on d NDP celebrations n put d rumour mill into overdrive.
Then wait for d announcement.
