For new Schs with too few students, will they still start the sch? So weird to have only 2-3 classes open for such a big compound. By the way sengkang green construction seems so far behind. Not sure if it will be completed on time. Springdale building is already up.

Dont worry. MOE has already done their calculation. In fact if u notice North Vista places has dropped from 270 last year to 210 this year. Perhaps that why NV need to go through ballot this year. The \"excess\" will likely be channelled to the new school, Palm View. BTW, the TOP for Palm view is also in Nov. I believe the same will apply for Nan Chiau as well. Those who are not successful in balloting will likely apply for Springdale which is near to Nan Chiau.

Me too is in the same boat.... It' really hard to tell. I feel a good captain is important & necessary for the ship to sail smoothly. So I'm qualifying based on the principals...

I agreed. Everything rises and falls with leadership. Good academic track records are determined by past performances, and Principals determine the direction of the school. A good principal determines the morale of the school and how the whole teaching fraternity functions.
