No, didn't see that..but reminded me of the same behavior from the girls of a top primary school when my dd and her team beat them in a competition some years ago. When results was announced, every other school team stood up to clap except for this group who just sat on their seats including the teachers.
Were given the \"you not there\" treatment when we crossed path in a foreign land....our girls :? -

Recently came across some news articles about Hk celebrities and Malaysian singer, fish leong,who congratulated their countrymen for winning medals on weibo.
The mainland Chinese were very quick to condemn them for not congratulating mainland Chinese for winning medals, why just congratulate Hk and Malaysians only. Some even went as far as to claim Malaysia is part of china n all Chinese are 中国人。 :nailbite: -

Quite a disaster, don't you think? He also failed to run in the last Olympics due to leg injury. I was also looking forward to see how he do this round as I heard he's good. So disappointed. You know, some people say he's got the whole Chinese Nation on his shoulder as his number is 1356, interpreted by the Chinese as a population of 13 billion and 56 ethnic groups.

To be a national swimmer your family must be rich enough to put you in the top swimming club from a tender age of 6.
So different from China, aren't we? They join because they are poor and need the money, while we must be rich enough to join. Hm....
They should make competitive sports FREE - if you could meet certain criteria.
