Yes u can but provided Née Soon GRC (NC/RC) is not full. So you should check before u proceed to transfer.

Are u moving to née soon GRC area? Once u have been confirmed as a member before the 1 year mark, u should entitled.

Are you one AM who has enjoyed the P2B privilege? Do you have black/white on this from the PA? This is first time I heard AM enjoys P2B privilege. Even executive members of CCMC's subcomm do not enjoy such privilege. Correct me if I am wrong. Maybe PA's rules have changed this year as it was never so previously.

Ok will check. Have you read the thread since day 1? Collectively, it's known that AM does not entitle such privilege. Need to confirm if it's once off for you under special circumstances. Care to share your case in specifics (which GRO and GRC/SMC) and how long have you been serving?

I have the following queries, please help. Thanks.


1) Upon signup as RC volunteer, the volunteer is considered as ‘Observer’, and after serving for 1 year, then RC will assess before promoting to ‘Executive Member’?

2) And after serving at least 1 year as a ‘Executive Member’, then will be eligible to register/request for the endorsement letter as ‘Community Leader’?

3) So in total have to serve at least 2 years to get the ‘Community Leader’ endorsement letter?

My child will be registering for P1 in year 2014, which means I am too late to join as RC volunteer now?!!!

Hi I thought once u are executive member after one year from

Observer we are entitled as phase 2b right ?

One case. There are husband and wife joined RC in January 2011. They are very active in serving as organizing chairman in some events. In june 2011, the wife became EM, the husband in aug 2011 then became EM.

They were active in meet people session last year. Heard recently, they are not in mps anymore.
