Not true as I have known lawyers and doctors being rejected as PVs, even with recommendations. The school is very selective of phase 2B PVs as the school is not lacking in support from existing parents.

I think if you are a Gardener, Plumper, Electrician, Air con service man they will want you! These days not easy to get good ones!

Do not think this is true. Not easy to justify such discrimination.
From what we all know, many doctors, lawyers did not get selected for PV for the branded schools bec there are just too many of them.

It depends on the needs of the particular sch, if one specialises in garden landscaping and if it just happens the sch requires this expertise, one will get selected.

There are also Stamford and Farrer Park

Both Balestier Hill, Stamford and Farrer Park have lost of vacancies.

I think the chances are better if you run or own a hair saloon or music / ballet school

Any mega noteworthy contribution, let the potential PVs here know in advance so they don't pin too much hope in getting into SCGS via this route.
