ACS Barker is a much better school… the principal is Mr Peter Tan formerly of ACS Jr, a very highly regarded principal. St Patrick has a high number of foreigners (rather rich) … one of the CCA that is rather popular there is like Golf… ACS has more on character building.

I stay at Cashew Rd, see pupils from Chestnut Drive and Assumption Sch very frequently. I won’t recommend these two schs for the fear of undesirable peer pressure unless family support and guidance is very strong. JMHO

Pupils from this sch like to hang around the HDB blocks nearby in the morning. I always wonder why they don't like to be in sch early? The Malays pupils are noisier. Chinese ones seem ok.

hi, my boy was got 196 only, can anyone can give any review of St.Patrick? cos it was affiliated school(St anthony)..im stay at bukit batok. thinking my choosing:

3) Henderson Secondary
4) Kent Ridge
5) Chestnut Drive

OR anybody can give me some suggestions?

The shop owner at a minimart in my estate has 2 children in Yusok Ishak Sec. She says the sch will push the pupils to work hard and she and her children are happy with the sch so far.


I take the LRT on some mornings to Fajar Mkt. The pupils from ZhengHua and West Spring are well behaved.

You stay at Bt Batok, St. Patrick is in East Coast Rd. Quite far leh.

Hi, my girl scored 222 which is 5 point away from Bukit Batok Sec but will still try it as her 1st choice. Am thinking on Bukit View Sec as her 2nd choice… is this a good choice or can you recommand a better one?
