As far as I understand there shall have classes tomorrow. If you need to reconfirm, it will be best to call the centre to check.

            Hey TAS,

Love your facebook page! I have ‘liked’ a few of the posts:) but thought just wanted to say here as well that my kids love to learn the new words that you creatively teach using pictures. Thank you for starting this.

No. THey don’t have K1 classes. Maybe you call them to check whether there is any possibility in future.

No, TAS does not conduct any K1 class.
TAS start from K2, youngest age.

But if you think your child is an advanced learner / reader, TAS let your child try One lesson inside K2 class, a free Trial class. Teacher will observe if your child can follow the pace of the class, can follow instructions like the rest of the K2 kids in class.

At end of the lesson - teacher feedback to parents whether child can cope or not. If child can cope, then parent may consider sign up. If not, wait until child is older, more ready then register.

Yes. My kid is being taught by undergrad. Very comfy becos she can hold their attention, is caring about their development. Also despite not being a teacher, she is able to tell me how my kid was in class (in spite of class siZe )

                    hi hquek,

sounds like she's a great Teacher. May i know her name, so that can look out for her next time ? is she from AMK branch ? Thank you.

                      Hi phtthp,

DS is under Teacher Joy - 2nd year already. I’m not sure if she goes to the other branches, but we’re in the amk branch. Then again, DS had tried out other teachers when he had to go for make up class and his verdict was that they are all about the same (ie teaching style) - just that I personally feel some may be stricter in marking and others more relaxed.

                        Hi,

For the memorisation of compo part, do u make the child write out the whole passage repeatedly or just read out the passage verbally and only practise the difficult words? Which is more productive? For my kids, their writing speed is still quite slow and writing out the passage can take like 20 mins each time…and they dont particularly enjoy the writing…Headache…
