Regardless of whether we agree or disagree with another person's view, I feel we should not attempt to exclude anyone, or express that someone is unwelcomed.

We support freedom of expression ya?

You can choose to engage, or ignore, a particular person if the style is not comfortable for you.

But chasing someone away seems.. un-gentlemanly leh..
Hi hi, dun worry about me, I dun get chased so easily 😉

Staying clear out of respect for ksi, dun want to put her in a difficult spot.

Extend childcare leave entitlement to parents until the kid completed PSLE.

This is already put up by NTUC. I went to post this on MCYS Facebook a couple of months back coz I had a shock when I found out the number of \"days off\" for kids which thankfully I can leverage on my DD2 CCL for.

The answer was \" Thank you and to be directed to MOM\" as this involves employment. :faint:

Post on PM Lee's FB?

And, I believe there is a directive from PM himself, that, NO MORE tai-chi from one Govt dept to another. Whichever govt dept that first receives the feedback/request will have ownership of the request/suggestion/letter/feedback and see to it that the request is channeled to the correct govt dept, and MUST follow up until the matter is closed.

The ministries forgot about it so soon ar..?

Maybe they need a wake up call..?

Actually we have that in our work place. For those who have kids below 7 years old, they follow the MOM/MCYS rule – 6 days childcare leave, no proof required. For those whose kids are between 7 to 12 years old, they get 5 days per kid. Up to a max of 3 kids (i.e. total 15 days for 3 kids). For these 5 days, only need proof (e.g. mc) for 3 days, the other 2 days no need proof.

Actually I was picturing Daddy D in a tight feline leotard after his comment about himself being a cat (or was it a tiger? My hua yi CMI one), but then my eyes began to hurt.

Just gentle ribbing hor Daddy D? I sure you have plenty of gentleman in you, like that Ip Man you quoted.
