    Maid PP & WP expired less than 1 yr before contract finish

      Hi would like to check what is the procedure as my new maid WP & PP will be expiring in Oct 2013. Her contract with us is till Jun 2014 . Do we have to bear the cost of renewing her PP & WP and also renew her insurance as well?

        Hi, this happened to my maid too when i transfer her from another employer. she renew her passport here in singapore,i heard if she does in Philippines, it will take more than a month. i paid half for her and while her WP,i paid for her. i also allow her to go back for home leave although she works less than 2 yrs for me (ard 1.5yr).
