Ntuc carries wines, albeit a limited range. Ntuc Finest carries the likes of paté, foie gras, pickled haricot, bonne maman confiture, bon bon, etc. Cold Storage carries a fair selection of cheeses, butter and deli. Where does this leave Carrefour? Difficult to survive without clear product differention. I remember they wanted more locations ie Expo but was unsuccessful.
Shengsiong operates like a wet market. I am impressed with the variety of fresh produce and the dry ingredients. Many items that we can’t find at other supermarkets. -

Yeah agree CF has one of the best choices for high band stuff but they also have the worst service. cold storage is best and fairprice as fair, shengsiong okok. -
I used to love :love: Carrefour's books and toys sale they run with the distributors - so cheap and lots of variety :drool: . Nowadays, no more...... :sad:
