Only P5 and P6 has supplementary lessons every Tue and Thur. It's like Term 1 odd week will be EL and CL, even week will be MA and Sc. Then Term 2 odd week MA n Sc, even week EL n CL. Then alternate Term 3 and 4. Each lesson is 1.5 hr on normal days. Sometimes the teacher will extend to 2 hr with advance notice.Hi Jennifer

Although these lessons are called supplementary, they are actually normal classroom lessons. -

Yes, this happens to me last year when my girl was in P1. As mentioned in my previous quote, thei bookstore has the worst system that i've never seen. At least you can fax in your order now, previously we have o queue for hours to get the books. When the school asked for feedback, i've put in my comments on this....
This is not the first time. they are like this every year. sigh.Jennifer:
I was at the sch bookshop this afternoon to collect my set of pre-order books.
First :x have not packed, so our little friend (think relatives /children of the bookshop operators) went around picking the books.
Second :x only 1 Q. After serving a parent, the \"cashier\" walked away, leaving the payment counter cum the only Q unattended. No one came to take up her position. All other parents stood outside the room. I called to our little friend and told him to give me back my booklist if no one wants to collect payment. Then someone came.
Aiyo, I feel like writing a letter to the bookshop to advise them how to run the business. -
Hi Jennifer!
Have sent you a PM. Please check. Thx.

This afternoon we went to buy books and it was such a breeze, noone in the q. We were the only one. 2 books not available yet for P3, the Listening compre and the art text, plus those subject files. May hv to drop by one more time or just grab the first 2 @ popular.

We bou some of the subject files before sch closes. Would be reusing some of this year's files too.
I don't think Popular has Listening Compreh. This one is not a critical \"must have\" item when sch just re-opens. I usu. let my boy buy it on his own. Sama sama for the Art textbook. -

Will reuse the sub files too. They are pretty new since she only used them for half a year.IJJ:

We also bgt pe attire. They changed the pants materiak, I still prefer those cotton ones, more comfy. The new/current ones quite 'plastic'. -
Mummies,
The booklist came back late this year. Knowing how lousy the bookshop service is, I quickly ticked the books I want, then fax the booklist back and call to make sure they received it.
As usual, subject files no stock
Will get my son to buy the files when school reopens. I really can't stand going to the bookshop.
As for the uniforms, I was boiling mad :x because I didn't know there is another classroom allocated for the sale. We waited and waited for the lady to return so that we can tell her the sizes. Didn't know that she was in another place. -
Hi everybody,
I just found out about this link.
My son will be in P4 (Kindness) next year. Will also register my daughter for P1 next year in the same school.
