      Balloting at Phase 2C (Primary One Registration Exercise) will be conducted on 7 Aug 2012 (Tuesday), 3pm at the AVA room.

      Parents are welcome to witness the conduct of the balloting.
      Parents may come to the general office. There will be directional signs leading to the AVA Room.

                        CHIJ St Nicholas Parent Volunteer


                        This year (2013), the Parent Volunteer (PV) scheme will open for application for parents of children who are SC or SPR - born between 2 Jan 2009 and 1 Jan 2010 (both dates inclusive), and living within 1 km of the school. (ie. P1 intake in 2016), from 1 Sep to 31 Dec 2013.

                        For children who are SC or SPR, born between 2 Jan 2010 and 1 Jan 2011 (both dates inclusive), and living within 1 km of our school. (ie. P1 intake in 2017) -
                        the Parent Volunteer (PV) scheme will open for application from 1 Sep to 31 Dec 2014.

                        Pls check school website closer to the date for further details and the Terms & conditions of the Parent Volunteer(PV) scheme.
