Mine said the same too. Not sure if it is true, both said the TRs need to gather and discuss .. and perhaps give more marks ? hee heesleepy:
Is EL result out?
DS2 confirmed it's only after the Sep holidays .... -

Haven't got back the paper but DS2 told me he KO in comprehension ...
DS received his HCL papers today, also below average
My dd also below average. I browse the HCL paper, indeed difficult, especially comprehension. Must have keywords εε, if meaning similar but without exact keywords no marks will be awarded.sleepy:

Ya, it's all up to individual school.
Yr school really send the students to so many competitions ? NMOS, ICAS , etc ?
DS school only participates UNSW , and only at p4 level.
One of his classmate ( transfered fr another school) said that he has already collected 13 UNSW certs.. and is still counting  . DS only got one so far ! -
His class according to him ICAS Science 24/25 scores high distinction. :nailbite:
Huh ? DS2 said \"what ?! 24 out of 25 !?\" :yikes:

DS only got one so far !
ICAS is actually UNSW, just that different schools call it differently. No lah, but both my DS started taking them since P3, that's why I'm aware got such competitions ... So yr DS classmate may come from a school which starts them early on such competitions.
