Can we still withdraw our registration tomorrow to transfer to another school nearer our place? Thought there would be balloting but turned out there are still slots left.

A friend of mine applied with her child to become a citizen of Singapore in order to get admission into school more easily. Her application was approved in just 1 month. Is this the normal rate of application approval these days? Are any applications being rejected?

i guess since is new citizen then will get in much more easier.
