Can parents advise if you subscribe any magazines for your lower primary children, such as discovery etc? What’s the cost and how to go about doing it? Thanks.

Hi, I’ve got something to ask here. My DS will be in P1 next year. Would anyone be able to share any perspective on putting him at a student care ? what are the student care that are available , and comments about any specific student care ?

BTW, when and where is the BBQ ?

                Thanks.

                  Agree with this:
\"MOE can do our part not to contribute to the need for tuition. Our schools and examinations must not be run on the basis that students will have tuition.\"

There is The Kidz Club (TKC) which is near the sch, some comments from a BTPS parent below.

Inside PH, there is the Care Junction student care managed by volunteers from Glory Pres. Church. But vacancies are limited.

That's great to hear. So parents who don't mind forking out a small fortune to stretch their kids can continue to do so, while kids who don't [go for tuition] wont be disadvantaged.

Does that mean the this year's PSLE std will be lowered?

Well, in the first place, this should be the reason why our kids attend school...to be taught and tested what they learn IN SCHOOL. Disallow teachers from giving tuition.
