As long as u have either one of the above info, u can check if they have work here b4.
Thanks . Does this apply to new maid ?Funx3:
Log into wponline for domestic worker, key in the maid's wp umber, or fin no under enquiry, and you'll be able to see each employer no with corresponding date start, date end.
have try the search tis morning, and it shows the data above.
If really brand new ones, then MOM will not have their Sg history, right? -

is it mandatory to give maids an off day?
-
mandatory... hmmm.. i believe its ideal to give them an off day at least in a mth.. a break from the daily routine. they may perform better. i gif my maid two days off in a mth. handling the house, 3 children n cook everyday can be exhausting. we allow her to hv some 'me' time

-
But when you give and they take advantage, then how?
-
take it away la… its a priviledge… not mandatory.
-
Next year it will become mandatory. Every Sunday off. For existing contract, the maids would probably demand the same entitlement. If not then maid must agree and employer need to pay and compensate them.

Did anyone hear about agent fee for fresh indo maids is now $1600 as indo gov does not allow their maid to pay agent fee …all costs directed to employer?
