my son does nap, maybe like you said, i try to wake him up early .. when he is not sleepy, he can't understand others kid are sleeping. he jus go & disturb others by running & jumping around..

but he will soon sleep but out of nap hrs...

any recommendation of supplements that can calm or sooth a child? so that he is not so active & high energy always... NT high energy is ok, they know the clue but to my son, i thnk he still very much clueless 😛

so he will being inconsideration when kids are sleeping..
It's the same when my boy was younger. Even now, to get from Point A to Point B, he cannot walk there...he climbs on the sofa, jumps on the toddler table then the stool to reach Point B. When I am sleeping, he cannot be considerate and let me rest..it's \"poom\" body slam on me!

I don't give supp to regulate behaviour. But you can try eliminating sugar from his diet. Sugar gives them energy rush. A mummy of an ADHD boy does that.

          Do u know \"Baby plus\"?

I use this while I'm pregnant w my son. Maybe this cause him ASD 😞
helplessmum, dont be so hard on yourself. Whatever has happened has happened. I'm sure you have read enough to know that there is currently still no known cause for ASD.
thanks, can't help it, this thought keep haunting me... :(
Leave the past behind, we can't change a thing. blame game doesn't work but adds to negativity and affects our mood. we need to be strong, no, stronger for our dears. they need us. instead of spending time reflecting whats gone wrong, spend every sec reading up articles /book and playing with them. Cheers up! Future will be brighter. when you have the down moment, talk to your hubby, or best friend or someone who can give you that positive energy. :-P
Thanks karkar, this the only place i share .. SO thankful having all of you here....

was reading up the updates by the US CDC on the Study to Explore Early Development (SEED) which is a multi-year/multi-site study to help identify factors that may put children at risk for autism spectrum disorders (ASDs), and saw this quote:

‘Autism is a marathon, not a sprint. Pace yourself.’

                    cant agree more.
