      2) http://t.co/e12NEqCP
      3) http://t.co/GTyc2ZIZ

Pls explain, I a bit messed up here!
      1. ans is 1 (A is higher than B so when travelling from A to B, the PE decrease due to decrease in height, KE decrease because the slope is less steep than the upper portion, means less speed, so less KE)
      2. ans is 4 (if more rubbish is collected yet disposed of is less than the previous yr, it means the rubbish collected were recycled so makes less rubbish to be finally disposed.)
      3. ans is 3. (under grp A, both have curved beaks, under B, both have straight beaks. and S is beak longer than head, so T is beak shorter than head.)

      hope it helps.

          Hi
Long time no see.Good luck for your psle.
Q1.Answer is 1.When a object is moving in the slope downhill, the potential energy decreases while the kinetic energy in the object increases since more potential energy is converted to kinetic energy.Topic:Energy Concept:conversions of energy.

Q2.Answer could be only 4.Recycling the waste could be the only way as it is recycled into new products.Option 1 is definetly out and option 2 and 3 is a form of rubbish disposal.Topic:Man and his environment Concept:reducing waste dumped

Q3.This question has to do with your observation. If you observe carefully, you would realise that birds grouped in A have beaks longer than their heads and T has a straight pointed beak.Answer 3.

          Cheers

                hi Tiramisu Coco,

a temporary magnet will be able to attract paper clips once they have been magnetised but will soon lose its magnetism after some time. if the steel rods were able to attract paper clips after they have been stroked many times, they have become temperory magnet..

                hope this helps..

Thks for the reply verykiasumummy. The qtn ask how to confirm if the two steel rods hv become temporary magnets. My query is, do we use a magnet to check or can we use the same poles of the two steel rods to chk if they repel each other? Very confused, hope someone can clarify. Thk u.

using another magnet to chk if it repels is not required to confirm if they have become temperary magnets, (only when u need to confirm an object is a magnet, as in permanent magnet) because temporary magnets are just for short term, so the repulsion may not be guaranteed.

                        Hi
If i am not wrong ,the answer should be group Q.Because the characteristic in Group R consists of 3 sided organisms.Group S has organisms which are quadrilateral.
Group P has organism with no sides.Group Q has organisms which has two semi circle curvy lines.Organism A also has Two semicircle curvy lines if it is in the right position.
With this information, you should be able to do part b.
                        Cheers
