NB. St Marg 1 SC, the other 25 PR has no time to withdraw and register at another sch due to last min registration by SC.
Not too sure if there are any PR that did not withdraw from the other schools but the number should be negligible.

For co-ed schools, you may want to look at schools in other areas too.

For SC, be rational and avoid ballot. If you are unlucky you will end up in P3. but you can per MOE website
\"Singapore Citizen (SC) / Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) children who are unsuccessful in obtaining a Primary One place in a school of their choice at the end of Phase 2C Supplementary should approach MOE to facilitate their placement to a school which still has vacancies.\"

MOE did not break down the number registered by distance range (less than 1 km, less than 2 km, beyond 2 km)

                  1.\tAnglo-Chinese School (Junior)\t
Balloting was conducted for SC children residing within 1km of the school.
                  64 registered, 54 places

                  2. River Valley primary\t
Balloting was conducted for SC children residing between 1km and 2km of the school.
                  54 registered, 50 places

                  3. St. Margaret’s primary \t
Balloting was conducted for SC children residing outside 2km of the school.
                  127 registered, 104 places

                  4. Stamford primary

                    Thank u for ur posting.

I was hoping a parent who happen to be outside 2km could share the exact vacancies left vs registered.

So ur data of 127 registered would means the TOTal number of applicants regardless of distance right?

Would the school entertain us if we call and ask to find out exactly how many seats was left for outside 2km after releasing to those 1km, 1-2km?

Yes, 127 is the Total registered for St Margaret, including up to > 2 km.

you can call up the school to inquire detailed breakdown, by distance.
                      they'll let you know.
