Urgent! knee pain

Thanks everyone for the advice! my knee feels slightly better today though it's still unstable. Will give it a few more days before deciding what to do. I think I won't to to TMC as I am scared thanks a lot everyone for the advice though!

no u have to go… knee pain can get serious if no proper treatment is given… moreover u felt pain!!

Why scared? TMC is faster remedy than Western medicine.

Many eons ago....I dislocated my arm and TMC fixed it back for me and I just wore a arm band to keep my arm from having any activity but could still remove to bathe.....I think if I go Western medicine, they will just put me on cast for several weeks!!

Yes, I went to a TCM before for my sprained ankle and it was so painful that I swore off TCM after that and I went to another doctor who had diagnosed me with a sprained knee. All my ligaments and meniscus are intact and I would like to thank everyone for taking the time to give me advise. Thanks!
