Did you know there's difference between 'cheating' on coupon time??

If u tore 11.00am (a later time) and say they checked @ 10.50am, u get a heavier fine (for cheating) than if u tore 10.45am and came back late by, say, 15mins @ 11.30am.
      Now~~~ I know.... šŸ˜“

        IMO, there is no cheating.

Whatever time they checked and there is no valid coupon (even if there is post dated one or expired one displayed), it is just \"No coupon\"..

Don't feel that is element of cheating leh..

Cheating is \"re-use\" used coupons or the like..

but.. that's just my personal opinion lah..

And, for the 2nd case, it could be the driver held up and unable to return on time.. cannot be classify as cheating right..

they should make provision for diff timing on diff watches.(ours vs warden's) 5 min should be a reasonable allowance for that..

But 10 min.. erhm.... you think cheating or not?

OK, now I remember. If you donch have a valid coupon, I think the fine is $30.

If you are late for 1/2 hr, I think it is $6 fine.

              I know! I know!

              If u tore 11.00am (a later time) and say they checked @ 10.50am, u get a heavier fine (for cheating) - summon = $50

              if u tore 10.45am and came back late by, say, 15mins @ 11.30am - summon = $7

Correct - no coupon, summon is $30

                But hor, late = $6?
