Whatever time they checked and there is no valid coupon (even if there is post dated one or expired one displayed), it is just \"No coupon\"..
Don't feel that is element of cheating leh..
Cheating is \"re-use\" used coupons or the like..
but.. that's just my personal opinion lah..
And, for the 2nd case, it could be the driver held up and unable to return on time.. cannot be classify as cheating right.. -

OK, now I remember. If you donch have a valid coupon, I think the fine is $30.
If you are late for 1/2 hr, I think it is $6 fine. -
