Has CPIB ever lost any case? :scratchhead:

Very high success rate.
CPIB has direct access to PM.
A high profile case of dis nature involving a senior civil servant sure got very strong backing wan.

How about HKG ICAC?

One of the cases that CPIB lost was the one accusing the former Crimson Logic CEO of instructing his staff to offer bribes to secure a contract.
peanut still human cannot win all the time

Does Telco keep the actual content of the SMS or just the record of SMS sent?
Like that...better make phone calls...no way they can record conversations unless intentionally.
Records of just timings don't provide sufficient evidence. Content is necessary.

u r rite. Phone calls also not safe when u r being sniffed out.
Each phone is a mini transmitter.
In SG, wan can be easily eavesdropped with d proper equipment.

Safest bet is to hv face-to-face talk in sauna or similar isolated locale, impromptu n naked. :rotflmao:

As some hv previously mentioned, its his professional training kicking in for self- preservation.

When its time for fun and gains, everyone sleeps together. But when things fall apart, everyone tries to tear the other to shreds.

Actually, Iโ€™m still very curious on how they got found out.

Yes, certain misdeeds just cannot be proved in the court of law.... Law itself has it's limitation too, under the name of justice.

CPIB is not partial to big fish or small fry.
Only safeguard is to stay clean.
