I walk past a neighbourhood sch near my house at ard 1230 pm and saw lots of students. I tink they r the P6 and most of them were smiling and chatting happily. I doubt it is bcos the paper was easy but more of a relieve that was shown on their face. I, too, felt happy for them as they have work so hard for this PSLE and it will soon be over.

Just do your best and let God do the rest. For all you know, the marker might have overlook your mistakes or is a compassionate one who doesn’t penalize little mistakes. Cheers and all the best in the coming papers.

My DD says she doesn’t know how to do part (b) of the coin question in Paper 2. Does anyone know what the question is and how many marks?

                GLORYmum:
if most students dont find the math paper difficult and have scored high then one or two marks becomes very crucial !

As such, there may be fewer people getting A* if they moderate from 91 to 95??

                Goodness.

Let's see how it will be for Maths and CL.

So far, English is ok, Maths is easy, Science is easy?, CL even easier??

Wow ! maybe MOE wants to encourage us to believe that PSLE Is do-able !!

                🤷
Glorymum, do you know how does this moderation work? If it's just simply moving A* around (ie btw 87 to 95) , there will be no change in mark. In this case, T score will remain the same right?? :?

Or is moderation means changing the mark that a child score? For eg, if the child score 93 for Math. But Math was moderate downwards, then 93 became 90. Then the child will get A instead of A*???

If moderation is changing of mark, then if it's moderating upwards, then the child who score 100 will be \"lugi\"??? cos cannot add anymore marks??? but those 98 became 100??? :scratchhead:

To me, A or A* is not impt. It's the marks that count. Some children can have 2A* 2A but still lower than those with 4As.

[quote=\"charsen\"]Math was okay.I am praying hard that many pupils would say hard as the aggerate score would go down, which means that the a star qualification would be 87-90.

I find it harder than my school prelim which I scored 100 marks in.

I find English easier than my prelims and math harder.Actually,PSLE Math is easier than one of a school’s practice paper that I’ve done. But there were many questions I did not see before.

Hi I'm a student just took PSLE today.Iam getting :scared: ...I didn't get 28 for the men women question and 1700 for 18b!

                        Hi Glissie,

I would advise you not to look at this website until PSLE is over. Don't let it affect your next 2 or 3 papers. You can't change the answers for Maths and English paper cos they were over and handed in already.

You still have Science and Chinese next week which need your full focus. Don't let the discussion here affect you.

All the best to you ! :hugs:
