Actually I read this as misunderstanding here because I have read more posts before they were banished away for good so I knew this was a result of misunderstanding due to some disconnection. So both of you if you trust me, it is a misunderstanding. :xedfingers: :celebrate: ?

shd u be speaking to someone else instead?

See this???
tsk tsk tsk....

Thanks, bookwrappers.. i get wat u meant.

I understand where you're coming from as a noob.
Better now that you've taken time to explain it.

Many other stuff weigh down the system..

>Endless embedded quotes (which are now maxed at 3 embedded quotes)

>Very heavy traffic (especially during P1 registration.. auctions..)

>Animated greetings n wat nots that are re-quoted over and over and..

>etc

What’s the ‘like’ button for? Just saw it. Sorry, haven’t been following.

I've been member for a while, and also catch no ball.

More interested to see changes for the better, in our schools. Education is a long haul thing...any minister landed with this portfolio must be willing to go down to ground level.

Ok ladies...chill chill... I am talking to both of you but not quoting both messages, that's all. Using iPad, not so easy to move around especially with my beautifully manicured finger nails.....hope you understand my dilemma here.

Due to time lag in the post also, while I am typing another one comes in. This is not msn leh...hope both of you get the full picture now... Always getting a corner piece will result in wrong idea. sweet dreams ok?

I do agree, every new change takes time to get used to and adapt.

To do big things, one must always remember :

1) you cannot always satisfy everyone 100%.

2) the objective is to satisfy 80%, there will definitely be roughly 20% not satisfied. But that is fine. ( read this from a book, cant rmb which)

3) do not be too affected by the 20% whom you cant satisfy. Satisfy them in other ways.
