My mom taught me this trick of putting cloves (a type of spice) in the kitchen cabinet and also in the cabinet under the sink so as to 'drive away' the cockroaches.

So I just scatter a few in all my kitchen cabinets. We (my mom and I) do not have any major problems with roaches so far :xedfingers:

Yes, autumnbronze, I use that for the kitchen cabinets, and pandan leaves for the car coz DH doesn't like the smell of cloves except in his tau you bak

I also use expired tealeaves in a tea bag and loop them over the bar in my closet or in my drawers to get rid of smell.

I use oil to remove traces of the sticky bits left behind by stickers.

I will store the used teabag in the fridge so that it will be cooling when I use it for eyebag treatment.

Where can we to buy cloves ? What is the name in Chinese ?

I love the smell of cloves!

and boy do I hates roaches! Will try it as soon as we buy some cloves this weekend!
