Put it this way. I doubt any husband can tolerate a wife’s infidelity…especially now that the whole of Singapore knows about it. C’s words that her marriage is stronger is pure crap.

How long more do we have to read their rendezvous at Great World apartment?

She told the reporter that her husband stand by her rite..? (not that I believe her..)

Anyway, I guess that's not how the WC works. Adultery has little bearing on the outcome of the amount.. Some men are known to pay a hefty sum of money even if it is clearly the women who strayed..
For good reason I guess. I always believe women by default are loyal to the men they marry. Women will only consider straying if their husbands are total jerks or neglect them. Men stray because of lust. I am not condoning adultery, but I think if a couple divorce because the woman strayed, she should still be entitled to alimony because the husband had to take responsibility for the adultery also.

If you view it as a legal proceeding, then it's not less important.

It's the state versus it's civil servant, for alleged corruption charges.

the news reports the \"juicy\" details, like how the lawyer question C, how C reply, how about their DH and DW...

              http://i46.tinypic.com/25yw1si.gif\">

and they even report that many ppl queueing outside the court to wait for a chance to go in... i dunno... i just think the whole episode is too magnified...

corruption offence, whether it is gov or non-gov, is wrong...

If she wants big money for alimony, I'm sure the husband would be willing to fight it out in court and air her dirty laundry. Or she could slip quietly away with little or nothing.

I don't agree that women stray because of lack of attention fm husband. She seems to have done it to further her career. Women do it for the power they have over men too.

whatever C confessed with CPIB didn’t tally with the last 4 days statement.

Making CPIB officers like a fool.

Can anyhow tell lies in the court one mah?
