Many RC members will be applying under phase 2B. These RC members are not 1 year in service yet. PA will 'back-date' their application in such as way they will qualified.

Please voice out to the authority to stop such 'back-door' application, this is not fair to the genuine ones.

This is not new to ours in the East side.

We had so many of these similar cases over the years. Last time must be 3 years in service then qualified for Phase 2b.
