      Hi Kittybin,

So far, there are 2 schools i've visted that has flexi of 3 times a week - Shaws at Mountbatten(beside katong shopping centre) and Bestcare Montesorri (Margate road - near Meyer Road).

I think both are pretty good, just that the lady at Shaws can't seem to provide a little more description of what they do at the school, saying that at this age, it very much depends on the daily actitivies. But, I quite like the teachers I saw, and the things that they did at the school - they were doing some cooking, and the teachers looked warm and loving, and full of energy.

Bestcare Monterssori - great teacher, we dropped by without notice, and she was so nice to bring us through the school and run through the cirricullum. The very small teacher to student ratio was a draw. But there was some construction going on outside the school. And the school was a little old. the fees are a little steeper for this school. abt 95% of the students are from expat familiies.

      Hey Maisy,
I would also like to know about the reservations you had about Little Skoolhouse... 🙂 there is this new branch at mountbatten, super new, only 2 students in the half day PM. Great environment, but fully aircon (minus point).

      thanks!

        Hi Sweetiesmummy

I do not hv the terms of condition of withdrawal & refund for Bethesda Bedok-Tampines - however i understand that usually for withdrawal , we have to give 1 month's written notice.
Can u share why you wanna withdraw your child? Actually i was previously considering between Bethesda Bedok-Tampines & Bethesda Katong as well as St Hilda's .. but in the end i signed up with Bethesda Katong. Thought Bethesda bedok-Tampines also not bad.
        Hi Sweetiesmummy,

Can u share the reason why u want to withdraw yr child? I'm staying just nx to this church and was thinking of signing my boy if the standard is as good as Bethesda Katong.

Any mummy has any comment on this church? Do share with me. Thanks!

          Hi Dee

Unfortunately the Little Skoolhouse Hui was enquiring was the one at Opera Estate (not the Mountbatten LSH you were mentioning).

I have nothing to share abt the LSK at Mountbatten as I have never been there
          😉

sorry can't help you on that

              Hi Maisy & Dee

Thanks for your inputs. I have checked out some but all can only offer programs in the morning or till 1 plus.
It seems there is no demand for infant flexi care in the afternoon 2 - 5 pm.

              Rgds

I m looking into Bethesa Tampines too…havent call them for enquiry…

Went to YWCA to take a look…
My boy has no fear in that place…so I think its ok…
However, I see those teachers like no heart in teaching at all.

But I still prefer him to go Bethesa Tampines cos I think though its 3hrs but if its quality 3hrs still better than full day

                  Hi,

Are u referring to the Bethesda Bedok Tampines? I'm also looking into it but no reviews from any mummy. Do let me know how u feel abt the school after u have visited it. Thanks!

My boy is coming to 21 months old. I'm thinking of this church, if nt Beth Katong.
