      Thanks for your reply.

      I can't seem to click on \"Add to Post\" button as the TinyPic.com is right on top of it. Thus, when I click it went straight to TinyPic.com instead.

      Also I don't quite understand on \"Or you can copy and paste the line above it.\" Where is the line? :oops:

        Firstly click on choose file, then click upload now, then click add to post....finally submit....

            a) my son did using guess and check method
            7*7 5*5 24
            ans:5m
            b) he said the length of dotted stripe is same as the length of square.but i feel its more than that.do u have the answer?
            is ans 8m2?

                A wooden block of side of 4cm was cut into 8 smaller cubes of side of 2cm. If 1 litre of paint is required to paint the uncut wooden block, how many litres of paint is needed to paint the 8 smaller cubes?

                        as the wooden block is a cube it has 6 faces.that is why we have to multiply the area of one face times 6.
