Just monitor for the moment. Maybe you find out from the teachers is it becos your teaching method does not suit him and ask them how they teach.

Tdy ds have mini maths test n his 20 words tingxie.. Hopefully he has no issues with it..

Had a word with his maths enrichment teacher.. seems like he only can't do well when mummy teach.. n when at the enrichment ctr.. he has no prob completing his work.. sigh..

Ah ok, if that is the case, do you want to hands off for him from maths? He would probably adapt better to their teaching and ask them tips on how they handle him?

Reminds me of this mum trying to teach her kid @ fast food place... Kept raising her high pitch voice... Sibei irritating... If i'm the kid I also switched off Liao... :siam:

See hands off approach does help, think they are growing at a pace then if we eye-ball too much, it gets too claustrophobic for them and we won't lose too much blood right

BUT, we still must do occasional check-ins to make sure all the smooth. You don't want DC coming and saying that we just left them on their own to survive without offering any help.
