For indpt schools they r given the rights to employ their own staff incl Principals… of course some staff are seconded from MOE. So in sch like HCI RI etc usu not in these rotations

This is why I have been asking my MOE friends where is RGS Principal, Julie Hoo, posting to. She will be back to MOE HQ. But the school principals who are back to HQ usually stay there for 2 years before posting out again.

I am not trying to speculate but there is going to be a new JC and the concerned parents want to know who will the principal of that new JC be.
