DD came back with English results. High end Band 2. She was disappointed wz her results. Started crying, her compre and compo pull down her marks down Never been in band 2 before, comforted her. Say that am proud of her and I am happy with her results.
She promised to get back her band 1 position next yr. Though I was disappointed did not show her, cause I know how much effort she has put in for SA 2.
Tomorrow she will get her Maths result keeping my fingers :xedfingers: -

Actually if only my gal is as self driven as your kids I would be happy. Even if my gal score badly and she feels sad i would be happy because this means she is driven and I personally think its positive trait. She could have set a goal and because she couldn’t achieve it, she feels sad that’s when we come in to encourage and motivate her to do better next round. But my gal don’t really bother about her results. If the results are bad, it didn’t bother her one bit. This type of child very hard to motivate. Sometimes I m at end wits.

Hi, I am new here. My dds born in 2003 and 2011.
She got back most of the results except Science
Maths = Band 1
English = Band 2
Chinese = Band 3
I am disappointed as she is playful and did not put in much effort :stupid:
