For parents in NH, may I check if our DC is required to go to school on 15 Nov for the prize-giving ceremony ? My DS school last time no need to attend if kids dun have prize.

Hmm...from the letter, seems like all need to attend. But will be a super short day for them. I guess if our kids are getting prize, parent will be invited?

Table tennis, why? Because there are a couple of students already in STTA youth development squad.

Table tennis training: Mon-3 to 6 pm; Thu 2.30 to 5 pm

Besides table tennis, NHPS Choir Team Clinched Gold Award in Singapore Youth Festival 2012!

Of course, there are also many other areas that some of the students are strong at. You may want to visit the Nan Hua Primary website. There will also be a CCA orientation day roughly on week 2 Sat.

Is your child coming in to Nan Hua next year (P1)? Boy or girl?

Thanks for yr information. I jus look at School website. How about the science club, what do they do in this club? How often the CCA meet?

My son has been selected for GEP, we are choosing which school to go, but we are keen to go to Nan Hua.

Congratulation! I believe you are staying in the West. Else I would recommend you opt for Nanyang Primary.

Frankly speaking I am not sure. But I have heard alot of my friends choosing NYPS over NHPS for GEP.

But I think our new principal is quite good. Her standard is very high. I was told once the chinese dept had to reset the whole exam paper as she thought it was too easy. You can verify the result from the website \"% Scoring an Aggregate of 250 & Above\" is improving each year with last year close to 40%.

Good Luck to your son in choosing his school. Maybe you can drop into the school and let him him see which school he prefers.
