hi, my kids also have the same problem. But you can try ask your daughter play some table tennis, tennis, badminton. It will help a little bit.

for astig, such things wouldn't help as it is the refraction of the eye which is by genetics or over-rubbing of the eyes when they were young.

DDs has high astig issue and 50 degree. So the only manner is to have them wear glasses to balance the vision and avoid any chance of lazy eye. The glasses also \"acts\" as a block to their rubbing of eyes. This was from the National Eye centre so DDs are under strict discipline to wear their specs at all times as usual no reading under dark or yellow dimmed lights, more than 3m for TV time.
It has been 2 years and thankfully, it has remained the same. eye check up is done diligently every 6 months -
In Nov, DD1 has 9 days of school after deducting sports day, deepavali and prize giving day. Then it's school holiday follow by P2 :evil:

DD1 still have 7 days (starting from tml) to go then holiday. After that promote to P2...
