I have quite a fair bit of colleagues whose Chinese = CMI :slapshead: :stupid: :faint: :frustrated: , what happens is... emails from China comes to me :faint: (not my role) but there isn't much choice if not who's to reply the emails. So am making sure, DDs have their foundation covered for their future in the working life and not be a menace to others :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Ya was so pissed... :mad: DD has the tendency to read HYPY and totally ignored the chinese character words if the HYPY is on top of the chinese character... I have a good mind to blanko all the letters i see in her book... :rant:
