SAHM Tan, i also spoke mandarin to ze kids when they were babies... In fact ds1 conversed solely in mandarin as a toddler. But the minute he goes to preschool... gone is the ability to speak mandarin! :skeptical:
Oooo, mine was always in english and only translating the meaning of specific words to chinese. and as usual scolding in chinese. -
