is ur DD in JMC now ? im still with JMC bk3. am thinking to have private teacher once she completed bk 4 but my fren who taught JMC said JXC(or whatever it’s called, the next level) is a good training for young kids like DD which cannot get else where…

Micollh, my dd is not in Yamaha but also in a group piano class now. Thinking of switching to home lessons for convenience n individual attention from teacher. How’s ur search coming along?

Hahah… I see. Then you have quite a while longer to decide. What do you learn in the current JMC course?

I guess it would depend on the popularity of the school, the area that you live in and also citizenship.

Did you PV? Member of clan or churches? Grassroots leader? Are you going with your or your hubby's alma mater?

Please also note that based on this article \"Singapore Birth Rate vs Available Primary One Places\" http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/content/singapore-birth-rate-vs-available-primary-one-places, it seems like there is approximately 1,100 more applicants as compared to this year.

Assuming that other factors remain the same. It we include other factors such as more new citizens or more school converted to single session, competition will be worst than this year for those popular schools.

This year, my stress level go up when I enrolled my DD for her Primary school. I was stressed out because based on past year's historical data, the school was never go into balloting but this year is an exceptional for Phase 2B. 🤷
