I never go back to that hotel anymore!

:!: Can tell which hotel? I just went to Batam last month.

Cannot remember le... during my teen days. Did u go to Harris?[/quote]No, it was fully booked. Went to the one very near to the Golden Prawn Restaurant, only 5mins walk. The hotel environment is not bad but no shopping around (if you are the type that must shop, shop, shop).

If I go overseas, must have shopping.

And I always must stay in good ratings hotel for security purpose.

I will always ring the bell before I enter the room, flush the water down the toilet bowl, and will always leave the toilet light on when I sleep at night.

I will take the middle room, not too near the lift but not too far off too.

Is it true that we should avoid rooms right at the end of the corridor? meaning not the last room... was told such rooms are more prone to be haunted.

When you were younger did you parents tell you not to do things like whistling at night when you were walking on the street, avoid really dark corners at night, etc.? mine did. Somehow these things stay in my mind and I get a little uptight when I see my DS doing them...

Yes, no last room. The last room is usually creepyโ€ฆ :!:

My mom told me not to hang my clothes out after 5pm on the 7th month.
Cannot call out others full name at night.

Never give out my bazi to anyone.
Not to go near funerals and not to step on josspapers on the floor.

After what happened in my trip to Penang last week, I have to say this may be true.

We were given a room at the end of the corridor, a room which the receptionist did not release to us initially. But we had insisted on having a room on the same floor as the other family we were travelling with so they acceded to our request.

That night, I was awakened in the night by \"someone\" slapping my feet continuously and so hard. After that I couldn't get back to sleep. Maybe there's a reason why the room was withheld.
