sleepy:
Wa! Korean pop dance!!! You are really not \"sleepy\"!!! Jio me lah!! I love everything Korean!!
Do you exercise too?Gabby:
Wow you are on a good exercise routine. I know what you Mean by \"shocking\" when you bumped into someone in the past. I saw a gal friend back from school days, and she has really grown.
Not sure why all my friends are not into exercising or dancing. I jio jio them in so many activities but no positive response.
I'm super keen in korean pop too, like Gee or Nobody sort of dance steps.
In fact, I learned gangnam style recently. But only dance during my zumba class, dare not join in those gangnam flash in public, paiseh la an auntie dancing k-pop in public :rotflmao: -
Actually I know a Gabby too. I wonder if you are the same person. Hmm… You have 2 kids? One of them is a boy? The rest best not to reveal too much here.

I think not the same Gabby.
I don't like to exercise but force myself to walk/run when I get fat. Food is my weakness.

Many years ago, when expecting my first kid, a colleague said this to me "Just because you are expecting, it doesn’t mean you can go around looking like a rag!!" So, that sort became a constant reminder for myself. I am lucky to be able to regain my pre-pregnancy weight. After the first baby, I did yoga for about a year. I think that helped to keep the tummy muscle in check. After the second one… it’s like a balloon! Sometimes inflated, sometimes not. Nothing more ugly than a thin person with a buldging tummy, I’d say!! Now I exercise once a week.

Sometimes knowing is not acting on it. I find it so hard to squeeze time out of my usual routine of keeping up with my children. I just started to do some brisk walking. -
Actually exercising can be bonding time with spouse too.
Hubby & I attending Rumba box & Salsa dances, Kickboxing & ABT together.
So he is my exercise kaki too.
And I fell in love with Zumba fitness. Doing zumba twice a week. Highly recommended!
Circuit training in gym is the most boring among all these exercises. Rather repetitive and I don’t find it that effective in losing weight, only good for toning
My exercise regime:
Zumba fitness (1 hour) - 2x a week
Circuit training in gym (1 hour 15 mins) - 3x to 5x a week
Rumba box & Salsa dances (1.5 hour) - 1x
Kickboxing & abt (2 hours) - 1x -
