Is a life journey, parent n kid got to work hand in hand.
Personally, I quiet like the sch though it is not a branded sch.
FYI, heard that nx yr cld b last yr for the principle unless it is extended. He is a good principal. Even when I source for tutor, tutor also commented that he has helped to raise the sch std.

RE: Punggol Secondary School
My kid is in S2 this year. I quite like the school. Though initially, some friends told me PSS has some police case before but which school don’t have.
During S1, every students is given a guitar and it is compulsory for them to learn. and the learning pace I think it is manageable to cope with.
Currently principle encourages every Chinese students to take up higher Chinese, and he also showed some succeeded rate.
They do have demerit system, student will send for disciplinary action if they hit the maximum points.
Call the school and find out when is the open house schedule and go and find out yourself.
Bottom-line, it all depend on individual kid’s character and parents we have to watch over our kids too. -

RE: Pasir Ris Primary
“respECt”
2nd letter E=Empathy is A class
C=Compassionate is B class
the 1st letter E=Execellent is C class…
According to the teacher i met, the mixture is get the stronger students to help the weaker students.
Sch will arrange the cohort and arranged them by according to their marks.
Example Top ten, the odd nos (1, 3, 5, 7) will go a A class and even nos (2, 4, 6, 8 & 10) will go to B class…so on and so for. According to the teacher, this is not a new system, some sch have adapted this long time ago and PRPS just do it this year. -
