DS started to work on Sec 1 Math with his tutor last Sat since he was missing his tuition. So he's playing most of the time and squeezes a little time out to do a few sums a day. Not the best quality work but at least he's still aware that he will have to come back down to earth one day so better not totally lose touch and play until brains totally go crazy?? !!!

My son will start his Eng tuition this Sat...played for more than 1 month...if he continues like this, sure to forget everything in Jan...and he will be in Sec 1, not P1 :nailbite: We simply dare not let go of his english tutor. Like you said, something to do rather than completely let go.

Went to Popular to check out Sec 1 books...comprehension, compo, vocab is no joke.

Thanks Janet, so it is true that all schools will release the result at 12pm sharp? Any info of when the child will be release? cos I will die of anxiety waiting outside the sch.

Dun hv to wait outside the sch.

U shld be allow to go to the hall and the principal will announce the list of top scorers for the sch and afterwhich distribute the psle result to yr child.

parents should be allowed to accompany kids to collect their results...FT told me students will assemble in the hall first...think like what you said...hope there will be chairs to sit, not bcos i am old, but afraid my legs will wobble.

Thanks for all the replies. Can't wait for that day to come but in irony, hoping that I don't have to face that day. I may not be able to take the blow!

Parents will be standing at the furthest end fr the stage near the exit door

And you can guage your kid’s score fr his/her facial expression when they get the result slip.
