I still think my hypo 1 of odd and even is right. Your son is assigned Achieving because your son is tied at level odd position with someone else and that someone else went Sincere.

We need more parents to come forward to prove this wrong thanks

Can anyone enlighten me if my girl still stand a chance to be posted to the top 2 classes if she performs well in P3?

But I also heard they rank the pupils within each phase.

Heard that the top 3 pupils in 1 Sincere are also the top 3 in the level.

I think why not? At the end of P3, they will stream you..
I think top 40 will go to first class and 41-80 to second class..
